Is it me or is SLX site down i cant seem to get it to load. I have had this happen before and then it was weird my friends said they could log on fine?

Paypal

I sent in a ticket about my Paypal problem and received a reply to say I was unverified.
I checked my Paypal and I am Verified, also I have been using Paypal for a while here without any previous problems. Needless to say I re-opened the ticket, but no word as yet.
Is anyone else having Paypal issues?
