My girlfriend and I have been trying to update or credit card on the second life site........neither of us can get the screen to open so we can enter our credit card information.........we have been trying for several days........any advice on how to update our account?.......we sent a help ticket in a few days ago but no one has looked at it yet.

Just confirmation: You have signed into the website and gone to Your Account page and then clicked on "Update Billing Information" on the left side and then clicked on "Delete and Update Credit Card Info" in the main part of the page?
If so, maybe try clicking the "Delete Payment Information" to remove it and then re-add.
