For those interested in some of the story, here it is:
June 14th, 2073 - A nuclear explosion using the newly developed 'Martyr' WMD (Weapon of Mass Destruction) has gone off near the coast of western North America killing thousands of American citizens, as well as a peace group on a humanitarian mission from India. No terrorist groups have taken credit.
June 19th, 2073 - The Blue and Red factions are at each others throats, vying that the other used the condemned 'Martyr' in North America which killed thousands.
June 21st, 2073 - The Blue faction establishes the 'Blue Team', consisting of numerous other alliances and groups in opposition to the Red faction and associates, while the Red faction establishes the 'Red Team', allying all in opposition to the Blue Team.
June 24th, 2073 - Tensions run high as a brawl broke out in downtown Moscow, Russia early this morning between supporters of the Red Team and Blue Team. Police were called in for crowd control. No deaths.
July 1st, 2073 - Prominent Blue Team officers were targeted for assassination by Red Team associates. The assassins were intercepted before they were able to complete their mission. Assassins MIA. No reported deaths.
July 2nd, 2073 - The Blue Team and Red Team have declared war on each other. Both teams have begun deploying units throughout Northern, Central, and South America, as well as through most parts of Europe, Asia, and Africa.
July 6th, 2073 - Battle of Bournagen - The first confrontation between the Blue Team and Red Team has left thousands dead and wounded. There has been no apparent victor, as both sides retreat with heavy casualties.

August #, 2073 - Both factions have approved the use of the highly condemned 'Mini-Martyr' and 'Martyr' WMDs. Any and all opposition have gone missing.

March/April #, 2074 - Billions lie dead or wounded due to the ongoing World War. Neither the Blue Team nor the Red Team appear to have the upper hand as both try to find ways to undermine the other. Nobody has been spared this violence - every continent, every country, every city, town, and establishment has allied themselves with either the Blue Team or the Red Team out of desperation. The victor will come when, and only when, the other has been totally obliterated. There will be no survivors.
