Second life not working...idk why

i downloaded secondlife and i was exited but when i log in i can only play for a cople of secs becase it shuts down ...does anyone knows whats happening?....i have a brand new xps420 so i know its not the computer.......

I cant find XPS 420 on the Dell website. ( but XPS 430 looks adequate for SL. )

Maybe your internet connection is not up to the job. Are you using broadband ?

There are lots of helpful experts here who will be able to resolve your problems. Just tell us as much as you can about your system, and exactly what happens when you crash.

We definitely need to know what your internet connection and graphics card is.....that will help to determine where the problem is.

Correlation is not causation (just because your computer is new doesn't mean it didn't ship with a problem, Dell's notorious for shipping overpriced, underperforming hardware with little quality assurance before it goes to the customer).
