I want one. I found one. It's $1495L at diBoutanicals Garden Center!

Does anyone know of any other options, pricewise? Somewhat less spendy, maybe?

Thank you, clever people....

Why not post where this rightfully belongs, in the "Products Wanted" forum:

Because I don't want someone to build me one, I want to know what others have found on the market already...

OK?

Products Wanted isn't used just to request custom projects; it's for anything you're looking for, new or preexisting.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

At the same place, there is a smaller version (15 x 15) for $795L. Other than that, I've not found other "meadows" of lavender.

It doesn't have to be a meadow... Single lavander plants or multiples will do... 'Copy' would be really nice too. :)

If you can get or make a lavender plant texture, look for a script called "Field of Dreams" or something like that. It creates a circular particle field. There is a limitation in that it needs to be on a flat area. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in on this one as I haven't looked at it in quite a long time.

EDIT: Here is an old thread about the script. Now I'm thinking of giving it a try...

I sell a lavender plant at the plant shack in Livingtree. There's a copy/notrans version in the seed packets there, too. Should be a lot cheaper. You'll find the exact location in my profile picks.

Generally, I look on http://www.slexchange.com/ or http://shop.onrez.com/ for these kinds of things since it's easy to search for "flowers" inworld but there are much fewer results when searching for "lavender". So, I find something (or several somethings) I like, write down the seller/creator name and the SLURL and then when I am next in SL, I go to those particular places to see what it looks like inworld. For some reason, some sellers do not always give an SLURL on their sales page so I use their name to look them up and check their picks and/or classifieds to find their store.

Some people buy right from the webpages. However, I prefer to see how things look inworld as the photographs/pictures on slx and onrez don't always look exactly like the product in context inworld.

Marianne, that is a first class lavender plant you sell there. Nice and bushy. I can tell you pinch them back regularly, and water often, too. :) Thanks for letting me know about them, and the other herbs you have. I haven't found herbs anywhere else in SL.

Bodhi, that looks really *interesting*. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. :) I think. /me makes a note.

Thankoo!

That's why I started making them, by ther way. I grow 'em in my first life garden, and I wanted some inworld, and no one inworld seemed to have any.
