Strange Permissions Problem

I have an object that is no transfer and I can't figure out why. Every part is made by me, every prim has me listed as creator.

I unlink it, check every prim. 2 are for some reason no transfer. I delete them, relink the object. Again, no transfer. All prims after those 2 were deleted were transferable.

I've looked in each prim's contents, nothing no transfer in any.

Does anyone know why this would happen?

I am inclined to think this is a case of the same object permissions bug seen here and here

Here is my method of fixing the object

1. Rez a copy of the object, do not unlink it

2. Create a new prim

3. Link the new prim with the rest of the object, such that the new prim is a child
In case you're not familiar, this means:
First, select the new prim
Then, holding shift, select the problem object
Now, link them.

4. Unlink the whole set

If you do need help carrying out the steps, I'd be glad to come and help. Best wishes
