does anyone know of any good rock stations for my in-world stereo..

Find a station(s) you like then,
right click the yellow 'Tune In' button,
then 'save target as' and give it a name
once saved open the file with something like notepad
then copy the url of the station
and paste it into the 'about land' section under media called 'music url'
it should look like: =http://212.73.29.83:8500
and you are good to go!
If you want several stations in your radio get 'Bucky's Free Radio' on slex and just put all your stations on the notecard.
