and spent a good 15 min tinkering with the ins and outs.
heres my question: above my head where it says 'owner', where do i type what i want it to say?
also its a group for musicians who kinda stopped pursuing their passion and are interested in AT LEAST meeting others who share that in common.
its called: Musicians Who Should Play Music

LOL I love the name.
Go into the members and roles tab to change the title. (Im not inworld so I cant tell you exactly how to do this)
I just was writing to say make sure you get 3 ppl total in the group or it will delete itself.

You have a very short time (a day?) to get at least two members; it is common to use an alt as a second member. And I agree, great name!

Yeah you need a group member asap. I know a few ppl who didnt know this and their group disolved, its a shame cus you can not use the same title again once it deletes.

Yup, I got hit with that "must have 2 members within 24 hours" rule ... LL *NEVER* mentioned that little fact in-world, but they were quick to send me my "your group has been closed and we're keeping your Lindens" message before my invites were answered.
So, if you have an alt .... join your group. *grin*
