Hey,
Does anyone know of any websites, blogs or groups that deal with complaints made against merchants in SL. Kind of like a consumer reports sorta thing?
If you could link them that would be much appreciated.
thanks

I wonder who would be qualified to credibly manage such a site: to ensure that complaints are presented fairly and not used as a place to vent, damage the competition, or simply grief someone.
From your post I'm guessing that you have a complaint or some suspicion about a vendor - perhaps taking it up with that business is the first step?

If you feel it is a true valid fraud issue, file a support ticket with LL, otherwise the business owner is the only one you can really deal with.
If you wish to rant here, WITHOUT NAMING NAMES, feel free. We will read your side of things and give our opinions. However, be forewarned that there is also a large chance that many of us will feel you are in the wrong and blast you instead.

I have filled out a ticket with Linden letting them know that I have all the emails, notecards and so forth. It's not about the money, it's simply about being professional and polite. I was patient and polite from the beginning, perhaps more so then most would be.
Any site like that should be for paid residents who must use their may id's. I have no problem with that.
