Land/Sim/Group Issue

I've been through like almost 10 pages trying to find the answer to my issue. I gave up on trying to find it. Is it there? I wouldn't be surprised but with SL and RL, I don't have a lot of time to scour.

I rent a sim, and I am listed as owner. I have deeded it to my group. All seems like it will work great. Unfortunately my DJ's can't edit the media in the "About Land" screen. Their permissions are correct in the group settings and it has been tested with my alt and another DJ.

I have inquired with whom I am renting from, and the only option we can think of is to sell it to the group, which we aren't sure on how to do that. Another option is a group owned stream to keep permanently, but I've actually seen that set up in effect and it has it's issues as well (such as the stream getting locked up)

I come to you, my fellow Second Life'rs to see if there is a work around on this issue to allow my DJ's to edit the media so they can put their own stream in.

Any suggestion/advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Even though you are 'owner' it's a misnomer. You are a renter, leasing at best.

I think the estate owner has to change permissions in this case, but I could be wrong.

It wasn't deeded "quite" right and it has been resolved. Thanks for your input and time in reading this!
