What does this mean? Xstreet

I saw this in my Xstreet transactions when I did not receive what I had purchased and am wondering what does this mean...It even says I did not spend the 50L yet. What is going on? how do I fix this?

The "Unavailable for use" simply means that though the sale hasn't gone through yet ("pending", it WILL, and so they don't want you spending that L50 on something else.

This isn't uncommon. Frequently the cause is that the seller's Magic Box is in a sim that's gone offline for some reason--but when it comes back online, your sale will go through and you'll find that familiar blue message box in the corner of your screen, for you to Accept the item.
