Anyone know how long it takes for support on SLX now that LL owns it?
Its USED to be super fast supprisingly fast....

Its USED to be super fast supprisingly fast.... in the last month I've used it twice. The first time it took something like a week and only got resolved (I assume) because I posted a thread in the forum asking how long it was taking others. It was then dealt with a couple of hours later. The second time it was about 12 hrs.

The last LL transfer I did took 6 days to get it to paypal (it seems the person who does them was on holiday) while the cashouts on XSL take less than a minute. It certainly will be good to have another alternative though.

I just got off the phone with Linden Lab's billing dept gah
IF you have a problem with sxl they will NOT help you I was told you have to ONLY go through slx and if they dont answer your support ticket.. her answer was only You have to subitme a support ticket with slx if they wont answer your support ticket...
Is Linden Lab REALLY that screwed up WOW!!!
