I'm about to tear my hair out.
I put in a request for relocation the first day they were taking them. I received an email a week later saying that my relocation had been delayed. Yesterday, I got an email asking if I intended to keep my old land, even though I had indicated on the original ticket that I did not. I responded, reiterating my choice to abandon the old land. Then, I get an email back saying that, as I requested, I was *retaining* my land!! Also, this email said that my new parcel had been set for sale to me, which is not the case.
Just now, I got one of the "no reply" issues stating that I have adult content on a mature sim, and need to put in a ticket to move.
Is this process going smoothly for anyone? Give me a little hope.

I've got that email too, it doesn't tell me which parcel they're talking about!

If you do that they get no more income from it but even if you end up giving it away someone else will have to pick up the tier... as for the rest. I'd say be grateful you're coming in at the tail end of this. Compared to the last 4 1/2 months you're actually being treated quite well and dare I say it? consistently. I use the term consistently as relative to normal LL behaviour of course.

Well on the bright side if they don't take your old land and your new block becomes availableyou can always sell the old to the landbots for enough to pay for a pizza lunch while moving

So tell them you want to keep it, and the day before the tier kicks in.. hit the ol abandon land button... or price it at 4L$ per meter on the first day, and keep lowering the price every day. eventually a bot will snag it.

Eh, true enough.
They finally set my new land for sale to me, which was the part I was worrying about. Need to get the move done before someone ARs my nudie video shop!
