I'm getting an error message. "The person you have called does not have voice mail. Goodbye."
Then it hangs up.
Help?

The person either does not reply, does not have voice enabled or other tech issues. Either way, the problem most likely lies in their corner.
To be sure it ain't you, see if someone with working voice might want to help you test your end, by you calling them.

May be that they are running an older version of the viewer as well. I don't think the problem is on your side either. Great advice to try a call with someone else just to be sure!

They could also have SLim, and not have voice mail turned on.

OK I have this same exact problem lol. When I try to initiate the voice it says the same thing about her voice mail. But she can initiate it and it works. Never have figured it out but we are used to her just IMing and say can I call  Now with other friends I can start the calls and no prob. And here is the twist with my first friend others have no problem initiating, yet some do. So go figure. I know that is no help what so ever but figured I would tell you you are not alone. Bec
