Having a BIG problem with Emerald

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I have been using the emerald viewer with no problems for the last few months but when I logged in today it has somehow become magnified. It seems to take up the whole screen and I can't access any of my other tabs, the writing is huge and the full picture is not there. The only way I have found to shut it down as I cant get to the little cross in the top right corner is to start a task manager and close it from there. While it is up and running it also affects any other windows I have open, magnifying them as well. I have done the only things I know how lol, I cleared cache, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I even tried a system restore on my pc and thats the extent of my pc knowledge. If I use the normal viewer everything is hunky dory, but I really do prefer emerald and would love to get it back to normal. So if anyone out there has any clue what I am talking about and how to fix it, please please let me know.

Sounds like you accidentally started running it full screen rather than in a window. I can't remember the keyboard short-cut. It might me alt + enter or shift + enter. Or if you can get into preferences and check off Run In a Window and then hit enter that usually fixes it.
