Just a quick question (need your help)

I have a question for you guys:

How can I send a notecard to the list of my friends (even if they are offline) and also to the groups I m member in?

With respect to groups: If you have the ability to send group notices, you can attach a notecard to a group notice. Select the "group notices" tab in the group info window, select "create new notice," type whatever info you want into the notice, and drag your notecard onto the window. Be careful though - in some groups, just because you have the ability to send group notices doesn't mean you won't make people angry by doing so. Make sure what you are doing is appropriate to the group's purpose and the reason you are in it.

With respect to your friends list, I believe you will have to drag the notecard from your inventory onto their profile windows one at a time. I don't know of a way to mass-send a notecard to multiple people at once.

There is not an easy mass mailer built in SL ... and thank god for that. The possibility for abuse is too high.

If this is a one time time thing, you will need to make a notecard and drag-drop it on everyone's profile one at a time. As for groups, if you can crete notices in that group, just attach the notecard to a notice.

If this is something you will be doing on a repetitive basis, look for a subscription server on SLX or in world. You will have to fill out a card with a list of names but they will get whatever you put in the server; notecards, objects or whatever. When it's time for the next note, just drop it in and everyone on the list gets a copy.
