A Question about Lost Lindens During Processing

Okay, for a year I have been cashing in Lindens once a week. For the past 6 months or so, I cash in on Sunday morning, and by Tuesday the credit is processed, and on its way to Paypal. I get an e-mail telling me the credit has processed in Linden Labs and has been forwarded to my Paypal account.

Yesterday, my credit processed. It was later than usual in the week, but I figured that was due to backlog from the two day holiday of last week in the states. I checked my Account and saw that the credit had processed, and immediately went to Paypal to begin the process of getting it to my checking account.

But the money wasn't there.

I called the Linden Lab offices, and was told that it sometimes takes 3-5 days for a credit to reach Paypal after it leaves the Second Life Credit processing Department.

Now, this is not true for me in the past. My credits leave LL and arrive at Paypal almost instantly. But they assure me this isn't the norm. So, I wanted to quiz others. Do you find this to be true. What sort of delays do you encounter?

It used to take weeks. Twelve days wasn't unusual. Now I'm normally seeing them go through in anywhere from half an hour to 3 days.

I agree with Oryx when transacting between LL to Paypal, that's about par for the course. I do mine through SLX now and find that much quicker. Either instantaneous or up to a couple of hours at most.

Well, still so far nothing. I hope after the 5 days goes by, they at least listen to what I am saying, rather than tell me to be patient.
