A few places i like have trouble tp to. changes to tp page and bar goes slowly 1/3 way and stop. I have to hit cancel. when back in old place can only turn left and right. I have quit game and come back. alt account can go these places fine! have tried all suggestion on trouble tp page already. please help!

I get the same thing, although some of the time I can go forward and backward but not turn. You have to relog to fix it. Sometimes when you hit cancel, you pop into the place you were trying to tp to. It's a weird one. There's no fix that I know of.

Sometimes the sim you want to go to is down. Sometimes, SL is fubar. Yep, no cure but patience AFAIK.

If SL or the sim is being laggy then TP's will often fail... I know of two things can can help.
#1 - Fly up to 200 meters or so and try again, this reduces the lag where you are.
#2 - Remove any scriped or high prim attachments, Jewlery, Xcite, High prim shoes, etc.. Your clothing won't matter, just prim attachments.
Normally if the sim is up, doing one or both of these will fix it for me, and I can TP there.

You can go to Preferences>General tab and check the 'Show Start Location on Login Screen' box, click OK, and then type the region name into the box under your name on the login screen.
