Anyone with vendors,or any other equipment that needs to communicate with other objects on or off the grid should check their systems to make certain they work today.
My home sim was one of those that went down with the electrical maintenance last night and all of the sims communications were dead this morning. Checking my 'crash logger' it appears that the sim was not actually taken down and restarted, just the network connections to it went offline.
It appears that the e-mail and possibly other communications queues stalled out, probably due to the disconnection. All of my vendors and various other scripts that required e-mail communications were dead today.
A quick chat with concierge support,and a restart of the sim cured the problems and everything is up and running now. I figured that others might want to know so they can double check their systems.
