How do you find a parcel in an established area? When I look at the land listings, all the cheapest stuff is in new sims that are almost entirely for sale. I don't want that. I am looking for an established sim that is pleasant. What price range per square meter would that put me around? L$10? I'm looking for a 1024 in a PG mainland sim, for a small scripting shop. I want an established sim without alot of turnover, and no (or minimal) ad farms and ban lines.
Anyone have any ideas of good sims to look in?
Thanks, Princess Ivory

Open your map and cruise a few regions. All the yellow is for sale. Then just tp down and have a look around. It's alos a fun way to explore. Good luck.

Hi Princess, I don't have any specific sims to recommend, but a couple of ideas about looking for nicer mainland. First, the Land sales section of the classifieds here on the forum: /114/1.htmlThis is a great place to find listings for property that isn't trying to sell quickly on the bottom of the land search page. I believe the SLEX forum has a similiar place to list land for sale. http://www.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=18Chas also makes a good suggestion about using the map. If you want a sim that doesn't have much for sale just look for sims without much yellow (not many of those at the moment lol) and TP in to have a look. As for price, I think it is fine to IM the seller if you find something you really like that seems marked a little high. In SOME cases the sellers in nicer sims list high in an effort to be more selective about their buyer. Others may want every L$ but it can,t hurt to ask. Land in better sims is more expensive though. Good Luck and have fun!
