I am completely uneducated when it comes to AOs.

I have a few nice standing poses that I would like to play one after another at intervals. How do I go about doing that without having to manually click the play in world button?

thanks!

You need an "Animation Overrider".

This will allow you to place many animations inside of it that can replace the default Linden animations that your avatar currently uses.

You can replace your walk, replace your stands with a huge variety, etc.

ZHAO II and Huddles are great choices.

The "AO" will play the animations automatically.

With a more advanced AO you can control the time between changes and whether or not they follow an order or shuffle around randomly. You will also be able to load multiple sits, multiple ground sits, multiple walks and be able to select one as your default and change whenever you wish.

There are some good freebie AOs out there - mainly ZHAO II, or the Venerable yet updated by others Frani/flipper-mator.
