Stuck INWORLD even tho i logged out

Hey there

I tried to log in but it said ive been logged out and wont be able to get back on till 2.29 pacific time. So i logged into my alternate av's account. Whilst online i noticed my original av is still online even tho i logged out!! So does anyone know what is going on there? How do i log annisha out so i can get in as her again?? Please help..i do have quite an attachment to my original av )

I know two ways that can help, send them a IM and/or pay them L$1. Log out of SL, give it 10 to 20 minutes and try and relog then.

not to worry... this happends from time to time with accounts going out of sync during logout. (e.g. during crashes)
What's happening, is that you are logged out, but the simulator and login servers aren't aware of this yet. That's why you can see your av still inworld. The system waits for a timeout, to force you offline. (that's why you get the message your account won't be available until a certain time)
just wait until this time, and retry. It should be working again.

well actually i sent lindens to myself from my alt acount..so it wasnt a ploy to get money. I also did a search on here and found that i could IM the owner of the land to restart the sim and it worked. So thankgod i did a search and didnt have to rely on these silly answers hehe.

thanks, but mine aren't silly at all..

if you with every out of sync logout, im the landowner to restart the sim.. i'm pretty sure, you will have to move to another landowner.. since sim restarts are only there for real reasons (like huge lag, or misbehaving sims (ghost objects etc)..

Not silly answers, though they are probably stated in a silly way.

If for some reason you can't restart the sim, you might give a restart of your modem/routers a try. I get this after an unusually hard crash and find myself with message.
