Group land is being double-counted.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I was checking my land allocations for one of my groups to see how much spare tier we have and was greeted by a yellow message saying we needed to contribute more land credits to support land in use. I knew that couldn't be right because we hadn't added any land since the last time I checked.

Then I noticed that for our land in Lilypad, which we have split into two parcels, it was showing that we had SIX parcels. Two of the parcels listed were the right size, and then there were a bunch of smaller parcels listed. We added some land a week or so ago, and I went through and did the reparceling myself, splitting land into smaller parcels and joining them to larger parcels (to keep the original land ID and traffic and picks and such). Still, that was over a week ago, and after I did the reparceling, I checked to make sure that we ended up with just two large parcels.

I checked the locations listed in the group land settings for the four smaller parcels, and yes, they are still part of the large parcels the way I set them over a week ago. So our land is being double-counted for small parcels that no longer exist, and now we are over the contributed tier for the group and fearing that LL will seize our land over their mistake. I've submitted a support ticket, and am trying to connect with live chat, but it's not getting me a live person yet.. stuck on Connecting to Server... Finding an Operator... Initiating Chat... for a while, but there's no one on the other end. Gotta go to work soon so I can't sit on hold all day.

So, I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else. I guess you wouldn't know it unless you checked the land holdings for your group. That's the scary thing. And how long does it take before LL seizes your group land for not having enough tier contributed? I hope it's not before they look at my support ticket.

yes!!! Same thing happened to me yesterday. I don't know what's going on. I put the extra tier in,but I am almost positive it's wrong.Last time I added a plot I still had an extra 92 available. I haven't had the time yet to sit down and figure it out yet though. I'll do it when I get home today.

At least I'm not the only one. And now I can't even get back into the support system to try to initiate live chat again (it crashed while I was waiting last time). I get a message saying:
Insufficient Account Information

Invalid SLA!

I suppose I'll have to head to work soon and hope that our group land is still there when I get home. I should NOT have to beg/borrow/rent extra tier to cover this when it's LL's mistake!

I hear you! Luckily I had someone nice enough to loan me the tier for free until I could get it sorted out.(3,939m!!) Pisses me off. I knew it was wrong! I pay close attention to the land tab,especially since I am always buying land.

Well, I perservered through the Support and Live Chat errors and managed to get Chiyo Linden, who did a sim restart, and all is well again. So if you request a sim restart that should fix the problem.

Now I am going to be late for work. Should I be concerned that I just put my SL business ahead of my RL job?
