Best Way to Avoid Bumping a Bad THread?

Sometimes, someone makes a statement along about message, say, #246 of a thread that has become so nasty that one hesitates to reply to that message. Yet, when someone like LMJ says she is sure some of the men of the group enjoyed themselves, it calls for a hearty "Absolutely!"

Now what is one to do?

Is having a boy toy wait nearly 24 hours and start a brand new thread the right way to go? Or is it just better to let everyone think she was wrong?

Hmm?

She wasn't wrong. *I* had the time of my life! Thanks, everyone.

The first is making shoes at night while, you know, while the old cobbler sleeps. You can bake cookies in a tree. But the third job, some call it, uh, "the show" or "the big dance," it's the profession that every linden aspires to.

You took the right approach -- although that thread wasn't totally bad, just parts of it.

I am so glad you had a good time. I know we all enjoyed every aspect of your performance last night. If we had a special version of the Boy Toy tag, you would most certainly have earned it.
:D

Cee, thanks so much for your performance! I snuck in just to see you specifically and was so glad I did! Nice that it was someone I know and like :)

Zena was a great sport about it too, kudos to her!

There is only one rule regarding bumping: If it's a Jumpy thread, it's strictly forbidden. Otherwise "QFT" all you want.

Now THAT is the right attitude to have Zena! It IS all in good fun and Cee is a prize; although one might say as Granny, a booby prize of sorts :D
