I hope this posts to the right forum as that I am new here on the forums.
My computer does not handle rstraintlife viewer, so I was adviced to download Rainbow viewer. Is there anyone here who can tell me how the two match u?
Are they about the same?
If not, which alternate comes closest to Restraint life?

Boy Lane used to collaborate with Henri Beauchamp to make the Cool Viewer, which lives at http://sldev.free.fr/ This has RLV pre-installed. They had some differences, and Boy now makes the Rainbow Viewer, which lives at http://my.opera.com/boylane/blog/rainbow-viewer but I'm not at all sure when that was last updated -- Henri's Cool Viewer is fully maintained. And, as Amaranthim says, the Emerald/Green Life Viewer also comes with the Restrained Life Viewer built in.

Rainbow Viewer, last I looked, was based on the 1.22.11 code. It also has the current LL communication window interface instead of the old one Cool Viewer used.
Boy Lane has made some changes to the OpenGL libraries or something with the Rainbow Viewer. If your PC has an ATI graphics adapter, I suggest you try it.
