Today I tried firing up a live chat, but the firewall in the company I am on prohibits that it seems. No problem as I can live chat later as well  But: the image on top of the live chat shows Congierge chat. My landownings on the SL site show 2 mainland parcels (one 4096 and one 512) PLUS the homestead I am renting, but which of course shows me as owner. Now I seem to recall that you actually need to pay the tier for a sim to LL in order to be qualified for Congierge, but the box showed different. Aer there more places to find my support level? By the way what I was connecting for, is to ask if I really need to propose a parcel for the ZIdra swap, because I simply entered: Any parcel will do. Now I do not expect my ticket to be answered before the year 2012, as I entered the ticket at 1:13 PM, but it would be nice to know if I need to adapt it or not. |

You are not eligible for Concierge support. The requirements are:
* Own an estate (private island/region).
or
* Pay tier for a half region's worth of mainland parcels, or more.
Renting a Homestead doesn't qualify. The real owner of your Homestead is the sim owner who pays the monthly maintenance fees direct to Linden Lab.
Also, your property on the Homestead is not eligible for the Zindra land swaps. That only applied to Mainland parcels. If you have Adult Content on your Homestead, and own all of the parcels in it, you can stay put and have the sim owner set the homestaed rating to Adults Only for you.

Hiya Ceera, That is what I would think, but the Live Chat popup said "Congierge" nevertheless, hence my post. Will try later tonight to get an active session and see if I see any differences from normal. As for the Adult content, that is on a mainland parcel I have, a simple 4096. Since I could not care less where they put me down, I did not feel like browsing the entire continent, so I filled out: Any will do |

Okay mystery solved. Congierge support Lindens are helping out with normal live chat , so the normal live chat people can help with the Zindra tickets. So yes I got support from Congierge, and now I know why |
