All items lost?

Hello,

can someone help me, recently my friend need to change land and she took all her items (furniture, decor etc) and house together in one go, after that she try to find her items and she couldn't find it.

Any one who where does the items all go to?

When you take a group of objects at once, they will be represented as a coalesced icon in your inventory (appearing as a small group of boxes) and can take the name of any one of the objects that were included in the group. Have your friend open inventory, sort by date, and rez the coalesced icon found in Objects folder. They need to do this in an area large enough to hold the objects just as they were laid out on the old parcel.

ok she has confirmed to me that she click return to owner for all her items, it was few hours ago but she cannot find any coalesced icon that related to this (have try rezzing all the coalesced icon box). It is possible for delay?

And yes...sometimes it has taken up to 24 hours for items to show up in my Lost and Found.
