Waiting for my manakin skin and outfit to go on... Is it me or is it SL? I relogged, and tried to put them on again... still waiting  I have work to do!!

Relogging into the same sim you already had problems on isn't all that useful.
The grid seems to be behaving itself at the moment, so the problem would have to be the sim you're on, or something on your end.
(At the log-in screen: Edit / Preferences - General tab - make sure "Show Start Location" is checked and type in the name of a sim before actually logging on)

Try a water sim. They are usually good places for fast rezzing.
If you need a name, try Sif or Quepple ... but there are 100s of others by now.

nvm it finally started working  took about 5 mins for my stuff to come on tho but it's working right now based on some of the other threads (I can't tp, I can't log in, etc) looks like we are in for some SL Sunday fun today

I always snicker when I see a nudie in the welcome areas. And then I feel pity, which quickly sinks into despair as I realize that while I'm not nude.. I'm still in a dress in progress. That seems to be the only time I ever wind up in a welcome area any more. Combine this with the asset servers turning into a steaming pile of circuitry and well...
