This study is focused on the experience of people who are members of online virtual worlds, in particular, Second Life.
The questions concern your feelings while you are participating in a virtual world, your computer background, and limited demographic information, such as age, education, etc. Try to respond as rapidly as possible, without considering too long about each point. In other words, it is better if you DON’T consider each question too carefully —it is better to get your immediate reaction to each question.
This research is conducted in cooperation with the School of Informatics, Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.
Completing the entire survey will take about 10 minutes and would be greatly appreciated. Please remember you can exit the survey at any time.
Once you finish the survey you will be given an opportunity to submit your email address if you wish to be considered for a random drawing for a $50 Best Buy gift card.

I usually don't do these, but I just did yours because:
1) you have been around a lot longer than the usual 5 minutes 2) you are affilliated to a proper university 3) you can string a sentence together This took me a lot less than 10 minutes and I thought, given the restrictions of the tick-box format, that the questions were well thought out and made sense. good luck! |
