Anyone else had any problems with Ordering First Bling? I placed a order 3 weeks ago, gave them all the information, credit card number, mailing address etc. My card has not been charged, I have not heard anything from them via Email or anywhere else. I contacted them thru email questioning my order or a delay in my order last week.. and Still have not heard anything from them

Wasn't familiar with the website, but did you contact the owner or co-owner? There's info about her on that website; her name seems to be Rona Kirsh, and she listed two email adresses separate from customer service: rona@firstbling.com and styles@firstbling.com.

not sure what to tell you other than I don't think you're crazy. :D seems very odd to me too. Everything looks on the up n up. Copywrite 2007 must be when they opened, homepage says prices were updated in 2008 so that sure seems current. Dunno why they'd be turning a customer away. At least it didn't automatically charge your CC. :o Maybe send an email again to all 3 of the various emails. Not sure why a small biz needs 3 emails, but hit em all. Good luck.

I have the same problem. My first order was canceled because my address could not have been resolved. I am a different country now, and the same thing happened with my second order. 3 weeks passed and not a single word from them. :(

Its certainly not good business to take all information, including credit card number and then leave us hanging. I am gald that they didn't charge my card yet, but still a email to me would be considerate if there was a problem in the order. But 3 weeks is way to long... I can understand up to 7 days..

well myself i would ask my bank for another card..not that there would be anything wrong with the card ..but if anything goes wrong with a transaction that is the thing i do to stop problems later..
places that get shady or take my information and i never hear from them get a dead card number..if they wait too long..

In case you haven't noticed, LL has NOT been distinguished by their excellent decision-making processes and sound judgment.

I dont know what the actual answer is.. I just know LLs response was at best...flaccid.

That's a very good way to put it, and now I know why we still haven't seen the promised blog entry...

...the Lindens are still waiting for their shipment of Lie-agra to come in to firm up their flaccid reasoning.
