Does anybody know a good and competitively priced provider where one may open a streaming audio channel?
Basically I want to place my own MP3s somewhere where I then can stream them as audio on my island in SL. I realise that this is not exactly a SL only question, but that's what I would like to use it for.
I do have a web presence with Network Solutions, but they only support WindowsMedia and RealAudio, but not MP3.
Many thanks in advance & Merry Christmas!

Most hosts provide this facility these days, so to narrow down your search (well broaden actually), just look for the cheapest deal, and then check if they allow streaming.

Hi Ricky, We provide this service along with a control panel which allows you to build your playlist after you upload your MP3s. Please stop by our office at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Damaged/164/58/23 for more information, along with screenshots of the control panel.

Many thanks in advance & Merry Christmas! I use future hosting ( http://www.futurehosting.biz/default.htm) with a virtual server running fedora core. On that I installed shoutcast for Linux and it works perfectly.
