Island Owner's Resource?

I'm having some trouble finding detailed information on how to purchase an Island, and how to handle all the options: placement, terraforming, reserving spaces, etc. I've read what I think is everything about it on the SL page, and everything I can find in the Wiki. I guess for $1675 US and $295 a month, I would expect to be able to read something roughly the size of a Bible. Or is it just so easy, that I'm making too big a deal out of it?

Is there a manual, resource, or discussion group that I'm missing?

There are about 2 dozen 'articles' in the Knowledge Base that have to do with Private Islands. that's a good place to start.

There is a PDF that's an Estate owner's guide, it's 20 or 30 pages long and contains next to nothing that isn't in the KB.

There are some in-world notecards that have more info about owning a private island, but they don't seem to have any more info than is in the KB and the PDF.

There is a Concierge Group that you can request an invite to, if you are a concierge customer (which you are if you have an island or more than 1/2 a mainland sim) where you can post queries and get answers from other folks in the concierge group.

There is no single big comprehensive accurate up-to-date resource, as far as I can tell. I've owned an island for over six months and there's still stuff I don't have a clue about / stuff I'm still learning.

Thank you! The knowledge base is much more what I was looking for. Among other useful information pages, it has a nice overview of all the estate land tabs.
