number 2: takes 20 minutes to REZZ something!
number 3: chat lag is back..oh god...PAAAALEASE...
number 4: I literally had to go to lowest graphics...and i even uninstalled the new viewer and went back to the old one... 1.22
number 5: now that it SUCKS so bad here...what else is going to come!!!! It'll look like ZELDA? Might as well be playing SUPER NINTENDO ..

Signed, one unhappy tenant that pays you 295 REAL dollars a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't start walking, can't stop walking, can't change active group tags, can't stand, can't sit without a delay of several seconds up to a minute. The only thing that seems to help is getting off my wifi and using my hundred meg, hard wired machine that is a dual core 3.0GHZ Intel box.
I've tried all the network settings, graphics settings etc. This place has just gotten SLOW. Anyone have any ideas? They changed the servers, I changed the viewer to 1.23. Too many changes at the same time?

I haven't even installed the latest viewer and I'm once again walking into walls or into the ocean. I've rarely seen that over the last year, I'd say, although it happened a lot before then. Something is definitely going backwards. Did Microsoft buy this place?

Yesterday I actually saw my avatar start walking, when no objects were being moved in the area, my hands weren't anywhere near the keyboard, nothing, and I walked about 8 meters before my avatar suddenly stopped. Also according to MystiTool there wasn't a single avatar anywhere within 96 meters to be using any object that applies force (push was disabled anyway).

I'm seeing some of the old 'heritage' bugs returning, like unstoppable walking and sim border mini-crashes. This is only in the last day or two - I'm still with 1.22 viewer, which was behaving up until then.
I was doing some building and I discovered another new bug - every time I hollow a prim SL crashes.

Oh! Border crossings are worse than ever, and my property in Basenville is right on the border! That is a real pain. Plus the chat lag that has been mentioned. Now, this could be my network connection but it's much too consistent to blame it on that.

I'm getting the can't stop walking thing, chat lag, and still have that stupid group error that makes you retype everything 5-6 times before it will go through. Also, I have had more failed TPs in the last week than almost all of last year. 99% of the time I can't TP home, I have to log out and have the viewer start me at my home location to get there. And that sim is usually empty when I am on. Most other TPs take 3-4 tries before they work.

I'm still on 1.22 and no big problems at all except the pesky group chat issue.....still....with what everyone else has been going thru, I'm half expecting to see the Four Horseman galloping across the grid any day now. I really hope they get their sh** together.

I'm using 1.19 with Cool Viewr, and up until recently it has really been good. But I'm also getting a lot of rubberbanding, extremely long rez times, random rebaking, and other stuff.

all of the ^^^^^^^^^^
still with 1.22 also, but have been suffering with it longer, the slow or failed TPs which for me frequently result in my being logged out, the can't walk/can't stop walking are the worst and the unable to start chat, the sesion no longer exists which evilly makes you close a popup before you can do anything else...maybe that is fixed now though

I thought it was just me....I tp'd to a place where I have a satellite yesterday, after 20 mins the place STILL had not fully rezzed and I gave up. Luckily my partner went over and paid my rent.
It is at the point where I can't do anything on SL. I am even looking into getting a new comp with newer/better vid card and more memory, just so I can move around. That was when I thought it was just me.....

You are certainly not the only one. I started SL three years ago. At that point general all around lag and repeated crashes were par for the course. For the most part I think performance has steadily improved since then.
However, recently it's starting to feel like 2006 again. Back then when you couldn't rez anything or walk around you could at least spend your time in group chat.

Is it a debug build?

Sounds to me like they released a debug build again ... wouldn't be the first time.

Script lock is on a lot of my land although I don't know if that's connected to the griefing I had there recently. I can't open doors or use the furniture (sit target script isn't working) etc.
It even looks like the flowers were paused/frozen mid flower. They're particle flowers and kind of always are spreading out and back again. It'd be funny except I have to pan and sit to get out of the house. haha
Group chat is still iffy too most of the time but it's better than it was a week ago.
