I was browsing Gurl 6 today getting the freebie's there and looking for my under 30 day hair. I noticed the skins on the boxes are really nice and detailed... i was wondering if anyone on here might have any ideas who makes them.

I've included a picture below.. thanks xx

you can find the creator by editting the box, or right click something in your inventory and select properties :)

If someone here can't help you, your best bet is to send a notecard to the owner of Gurl6, asking where she got the skins from for her ad pictures.

That would only work if you had the item yourself or could view it inworld. Clicking the adboard for hair won't tell her the name of the creator who made the skin that the model is wearing; it will only tell her the names of the owner and creator of the ad boards. Sasi is trying to find out who made the skins that the model is wearing on the ad boards, so her best bet is to contact Gurl6's owner (who most likely models the hair herself; many creators do that).

Hi thanks for the responses i'll send a IM too the owner and ask where she got them from... the boxes where for the hair not the skin so it would not tell me where the skin was made like skell said.

If you get no response from an IM, try a notecard. Many content creators, especially those that run larger businesses, have their IMs capped, and even though they can opt for IM to email they may not all go through.

Also, make sure you check the owner's profile before contacting them. Again, owners of large businesses may have more than one person to contact or may ask that you contact a business partner or someone else regarding queries. It never hurts to just check :)

Hi :)

I have the blog for Gurl6 here, and I've been doing some random jumps in it.

http://gurl6.blogspot.com/

Some ads are credited with other products used, some are not.

The most ads with skin mentioned is from Naughty. And some from Lovey's Boutique. I'm sure that the skin you want is from Naughty. The best would be to teleport over there and get some demos :)

I thought Gurl 6 had changed the 1 free hair for newbies offer to less than a week new or two weeks new, rather than one month new?

At any rate it's a great deal. Their guys' shop across the little street there is ALL dollarbie hair.

Just wondered what the voucher terms are now. The main shop is so laggeriffic I rarely go...I do tell new people looking for good hair about them though.

ETD's dollarbie wall is also great help for new people. Sirena has a few freebie hairstyles, too. No reason to go around in those few freebie-shop 'dos.
