I've received this message from my island in my email:
The object 'Second Life' has sent you a message from Second Life:
Your 5 objects have been returned to your inventory lost and found folder by you near parcel (Parcel name) due to parcel owner return.
= Second Life is owned by Ciaran Laval
= Location unknown.
How can this have happened when I didn't return the items? Everything on my island appears to have been returned, certainly in one section anyway, four stores are definitely gone. I can't login for a bit but parcels are transferred to different people on the island, so it's not group owned land where one person could have returned all group objects.

I had one of my tennants experiance the same thing during a restart.
After going trough all the posibileties we came to the conclusion that during the roling restart the sim didn't add up the prims of the different parcels and returned the overflow.
In her case though the message was a parcel full message and not a parcel owner return.

I would request a rollback immediately.
Don't forget to contact Concierge to speed it up.

In one of the groups I belong to something similar had happened to someone else.. they logged int to find their terrain completely different and stuff everywhere...
I hope you manage to get it sorted.

Don't forget to contact Concierge to speed it up. Yeah I've done this now, spoke to live chat then submitted a rollback request. I'm really confused as to how this could have happened though. |
