We have a very cool snow lodge that just came available today. Go to The Cottages at Ivy Hollow main landing spot and then look at the sign to teleport directly to Brynna Cottage.

I covered my island of Zenlan in snow this weekend. 100x100 skating rink in the middle. Christmas themed carnival rides, lights etc. etc. There's only 3 lots open for rentals right now but your welcome to come check out the sim as the season progreses. There are some inexpensive Luxury condos open.
I'm giving a weeks rent free (plus other assorted prizes) for the best decorated house and have given all the tenants an extra 25 prims for the Holiday so come by every couple days and see what the tenants do!
