I reported a serious land encroachment problem and it was dealt with very swiftly by a Linden. I had to log out after I'd made the AR and relog on another computer - by which time the object, which was extremely large, had gone. I'm assuming it was removed by a Linden as the object's owner was offline.

Thanks to whichever Linden cleared it away.

Good to hear, I've never had speedy response with such issues, but mostly it has been a branch hanging over or something, nothing huge.

They have always been superb when I've reported replicating objects though.

Some of the iteam Lindens are total aces. A joy to chat with every time I report a problem and end up talking to one of them..

The last parcel I won at an auction had a third of it covered by someones box build at like 700m up. It was really only like 10-15 minutes and it was taken care of and the ticket already closed. Can't comlain about a thing when it goes like that.

By 'serious encroachment problem' in my original post, I meant a 1024x1024 megaprim in the sky, covering 4 sims!

I've always found SL support very helpful - I think they cope pretty well, especially considering all the diferent viewer versions that are in use these days.

maybe it was a AI megaprim and while you were switching computers it hid?

I AR'd an encroachment which was only just over the property line. I went to the loo, made a cup of tea, and by the time I came back, it was gone. Can't complain about that.
