land deeding

I have my premium acct. and my 512 lot which i wanted to deed to group so my partner could operate her video screen on the land. It is set to group owned, the group being my partner and I. The box to check allow deed to group though is grey'd out and cannot be checked. Am i missing something here? The TV creator told me i had to have the land deeded so group objects would work, not sure what i did wrong or how to fix it.

omg forget i was ever here, i'm a dodo brain. The back of the tv had the same texture as the front only w/ blacked out buttons. So i had the TV rezzed backwards wondering why the buttons would not work.

lol. I like it :)

I occasionally get someone who buys a picture or fireplace, rez it and IM me that there's no picture or fire. They only need to look at the other side but it hadn't occured to them.

although on this continuing saga, the menu seems to be functioning properly but any video brought up just places a black screen but no video. I know the land media option has a place to put a texture for viewing media but to my knowledge no texture was given w/ the viewer to place on the media tab.

Is it using the default media texture? Can you change its texture? Is there a texture in its contents?

If your land is on an estate (non-mainland), the estate owner may have disabled land reselling, in which case you can't deed a parcel of land to a group (unless they temporarily re-enable land resell for you for this purpose).
