I don't know, but I'm pretty sure you'd get a faster answer if you had titled the thread "What happened to SCLAPEX" instead of "Does anyone know...."
I'm not trying to pick on you, it's just that so many people choose thread titles that really aren't helpful. So periodically we need reminders to pick meaningful titles.
