what do you you do when someone purchases a parcel on mature linden owned mainland sim with an agent limit of 40 and they set up shop 600 meters in the sky, that shop generates enough traffic to make the sim full 80% of the time, you own land on that sim and cannot get in ?
the avatars in this shop spend their time sitting on poseballs for hours on end while the rest are shopping.

File an abuse report for abusing resources?

*bump on what Atashi said*

Additionally, I'd just use the Live Chat option on the support portal as well (or just put in a ticket), report it and they'll restart the sim and kick all the zombies off.

I've had this happen before, back in casino days, and cleared it up by chatting with the owner of the place. He had no idea that the grid was split up into sims/regions and that each one was limited in how many people it could hold at once.

If talking nice doesn't work, I'll agree with the girls above - AR the bastard! Include that you tried to resolve it yourself first, maybe even with a bit of the chat log...

Sadly, most of the people who do this sort of resource hogging are very much aware of what they are doing. Talk nicely first, by all means. But if that fails, which is likely, AR them for abusing sim resources. In most cases, you can wait them out. Such tricks for gaming traffic usually backfire, since their campers and bots consume so much resources that real cusytomers who actually purchase things can't get in! But some times, your only recourse is to sigh, sell out, and move elsewhere.
