Is 3 Months Acceptable Response Time for a Support Ticket?

I just posted about a long response time for a Support ticket, but I was reading the dates wrong. Got the month/days reversed.

Happy to say that LL addressed a fix a problem with Group Land permissions in very short order.

I always fly off the handle before investigating stuff...

Actually in the ticket log I see they addressed the issue in February.

So the title should be changed: replace 3 with 2.
