I just went to reprice the mainland parcel I have for sale, and as I clicked ok to set the price, a yellow box popped up warning me that anyone could buy it. Finally, a double check on selling land!

Question is necessary, I suppose: Isn't that great?!

I agree too.
I have noticed that yellow box more too.
It is nice warning.
It comes up with other things too I think.

In the very recent past, when residents asked for this extra land sale protections, the Lindens would say the system worked and the resident had to be more careful. Then they slip in exactly what we asked for without any fanfare so they do not have to eat their words.

Lindens: There can never be too much financial safety. Add double redundancy to everything. Next we need an option to accept or deny lindens being added to our accounts (since accepting 'illegal' Lindens can result in very harsh punishments from Linden Lab.

Yeah, they added that several months ago. I think it's a darned good idea, and ought to be expanded to apply to any type of sale for L$10 or less, when you set the item for sale at that price.

That's a great feature! Glad to see it.

I would love to see the ability to set a prim object for sale to a specific person, the way we can with land.

Wow - absolutely awesome.

And I agree with a few other statements -- we should get a confirmation/warning if setting anything to sell below a certain price (maybe configurable in our prefs like the dollar amount of spending that we get notified on), and being able to set an object to be sold to a specific person.

I am glad they seem to be listening on some of our wants anyway.

If they would, from time to time, communicate improvements like this with a "We listened to you. Thanks for suggesting improvements." message, LL as an entity would get more resident's browne points on the Love Machine. ;)

Good addition, that. I didn't need it, but many newer residents did for sure.
