I'm trying to locate a RW business in SL and for a long time been searching for a modern well designed mall with outlet style outdoor units..

I've found the plaza mall and bamboo club which is perfect but no plots available.

Does anyone know of a mall which is well designed, modern style?

Thanks
Andy

There are probably many that would suit your needs. I would suggest using search to find items similar to what you are selling. Use descriptive words, try to put yourself in the potential customer's place. How exactly would they find you using search. Ex. Business wear, 'gap' style clothes, funky hair, etc. Then teleport to the stores that are located in a mall. By going about this way, you will also be able to judge if the mall is good at advertising and drawing customers in. It may take the better part of a day, but you will be able to narrow down the choices based on YOUR preferences.

The only malls that come to my mind, I don't consider to be 'modern' style, yet they are very modern. Make sense? How the mall looks is probably less important then who it attracts IMP.

How did you go about your search? Isabeau's idea was a very good one. You could also try looking at the listings in the Property rental forum, if you haven't done that yet. Maybe the listings will help you narrow your search without TP'ing all over the place.

Mostly land and homes, but there are listings for malls and commercial rentals as well.

Go to the Exchange and browse there. It's a lot quicker to find something suitable and then you can go see it in world.

Yes, I'm struggling a bit with what criteria the OP counts as "well-designed" and "Modern" - is well-designed low prim, or higher prim with lots of detail?

And what does "modern" mean? Stainless steel and glass, or....?

Malls offer perhaps the most unpleasant shopping experience in SL. You'd be better off looking for more of a 'boardwalk' setting.

(Yes, this is a personal opinion but, judging from past discussions - both here and elsewhere - one which is shared by MANY shoppers.)

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.
