One of my groups' member & role lists are borked!

I'm having this issue of late (a couple of weeks) with only one of the groups I own.

I have several members, and I set certain roles when I set the group up. I can see all the members in the General Tab (Owners & Visible Members).

However, I'm now unable to load the member or role lists in the Members & Roles tab...which means I can't assign roles to the various members. New members are going under the "everyone" role and I can't add roles to them. The buttons for Create Role and Delete Role are also greyed out.

This shouldn't be happening to a group owner heh.

I've tried Refreshing from the server but it has no effect. I've tried emptying my own cache but that doesn't affect this either.

The funny thing is it's just this one group. All my other groups are functioning normally.

Any suggestions as to what to do would be very welcome!

Check to make sure the Title (the tag that goes over the Avatar head) for the Owner isn't empty.

Yup, I'm wearing my owner role on the tag at the moment. Still nothing....

What I see is this...

"Retrieving role list 1 / 6...."

But nothing ever happens

Sorry that wasn't it. (I don't know for sure the bug still exists that makes blank titles do weird things, but it sure caused confusion for a while.) Unless somebody else has an idea, I suppose it's going to require a support ticket: I've heard of groups having to be rebuilt by the Lindens.

The only thing you can do is wait. Sometimes friends lists and group lists can take a couple of hours to update.... It seems to help me if I go to a very low lag sim, or fly up to 1000m in the sky (to reduce the burden on drawing the environment) - I think these list updates are very low priority "services" compared to all the other data coming in to your viewer.

Yeah I have been waiting...thing is it's been two weeks now and still waiting lol.

Also it's wierd because it's the only group of mine behaving in this way.

Anyway I have subitted a support ticket about this, we'll see what comes out of it.
