I am not 18 and yet I am on the MG Forums.
There is supposed to be a Teen Grid Forums though i am not on it
I have submitted 3 tickets so far each one of them fail to solve this problem...
What do i do?

Might sound like a silly question. But you are on Teen SL are you not? Or is your account a Main grid one.
Also, submit a new ticket. And tell support to "Check that the Mature flag in CSR is correct."

I really gotta agree with the OP. The least you could do is let a teen know where the appropriate place to forum is and respond to their question. The OP has come asking for assistance and allegedly isn't getting any responses. This doesn't send a very positive message for those teens who will be transitioning to the adult grid when they turn of age. Or when you merge the two. At least the OP can feel a little more equal to the adults tho. We don't get responded to either at times  |

If you still haven't had a reply Mikey, try a PM to one of our posters here, Asuka Martin, who I recall saying had 'graduated' from the TG fairly recently. Perhaps she can give you some help.

Which Linden is supposed to be in "charge" of Teen Grid support? I'd recommend dropping a notecard on them and see if that helps. Used to be, I'd recommend Blue Linden right out, but... I'm a bit outta touch now.
