Asst. Property Manager: Show me the ropes?

(Posted one for the hubby, now its time to post one for myself)

I currently rent a great skybox. It’s big, clean, spacious, fairly priced, and comes with a decent amount of prims. I have had little to no problems with the entire rental experience and I have really enjoyed my time here.

I would like to help other residents have the same experience I have had.

I am looking for a 'property manager' position, or rather someone that may be willing to train me up, show me the ropes, and willing to hire me on when I have the desired training.

I'm on SL for a few hours every day, I have a lot of RL manager experience, I'm smart, and I learn fast.

Any idea how I might go about doing this? Any leads on whom I may be able to talk to?

Look in the EMPLOYMENT Thread also post your request for work there. Look in classifieds and search RESIDENTIAL RENTALS - find the owners of these places and send them a intro notecard about yourself and your desire to learn to be a property manager.
