I can't believe what I've just done. It really isn't the end of the world, but it was totally and utterly stupid of me.
So it's the time of the month when my tier is due, so I popped along to the LindeX™ to cash out some hard earned L$s to pay for it. Only I wasn't paying attention. Seems I BOUGHT L$s and didn't sell them! I had a look and the transaction has gone though. Can't find a way to stop it, short of cashing them back out again.
What an absolute twit I am!
Anyone else ever done this or anything similar?

He went to the airport: they met for the first time, they had dinner, love at first sight, they are still together. Now you can't have more fun than that. _____________________

There are worse airports 4 days snowed in at o'Hare when I was flying alone at 4 years of age was one. No. Is it even POSSIBLE to have fun at DFW? I'd use my "phone a friend" lifeline and have an unplugged jam session there within minutes. But.. that wouldn't work in too many airports, just DFW and a few others. _____________________

No. Is it even POSSIBLE to have fun at DFW? I can recommend some fun things to see and do in the area if you are interested. If you have the ticket you might as well use it. I do not recommend hanging out at the airport, any airport for that matter. _____________________

I hear there's a cool tram there at the airport.  On my way back through DFW, my flight was delayed and I spent an unplanned night in Dallas. Then my luggage was lost. My trip was great -- all except DFW. _____________________

I once brought a 2 stage airticket to a smaller city via a bigger one for a holiday, anyway I changed my mind a few weeks in advance to holiday in the bigger city and get a refund on the trip from there to the smaller city, they were going to charge me more to change the ticket than the 2nd flight was worth, so needless to say, I accidently missed the flight from the larger city to the smaller one forfeiting that ticket, fortunately I had somehow "accidentlly"booked accomidation in the bigger city for a week _____________________

I once spilled coffee on the keyboard while hovering my mouse over something in a store I had no intention of buying, but which I thought was impressive and original. In the process of grabbing things and mopping up I managed to click the mouse and spend about L$3000 on something I had no use for. Luckily it was trans and the store owner was happy to take it back and refund me, can't remember where it was, but whoever it was was great at customer service. |
