I regret to inform you that if you are buying anything from the NDE Company, you will REGRET it. His products don't work right. I know. I bought them ALL. And they don't work like they are supposed to. They are supposed to "work together" The rental box is supposed to talk to the doors, but it doesn't. Why? Probably because the rental boxes DO NOT WORK! Why don't they work? That I can't tell you either, because I've asked him, but he's NEVER answered me.... You see it started over a month ago...... I bought the " deluxe package" because I thought that I was getting a good deal. I would get the doors, the windows, the teleporter, and the rental boxes. Well stupid naive me thought that they came with some sort of SUPPORT. I mean, after all, it SAYS that they come with support right there in the paperwork and in the store and on the website, right? WRONG! The instant I rezzed the rental boxes and tried to get them to work, they didn't work! So I tried to get some help from him and couldn't reach him. His bio says "expect to wait weeks to hear from me" WEEKS? So I went online to his NDE News "group" and BEGGED for help. I got two separate guys who used to use them. They tried them, and said I was doing it right. "Server on his web site must be down. Give it a day or two and try again", they said. So I did. And tried again and again. And left a note card for him and an IM. And more IMs in the group. In the mean time, the doors aren't linked to the rental boxes so there is no benefit of having them. I might as well be using the freebie scripted doors that I was using before, they worked FAR better then these doors are now! Days later the boxes still aren't working and I still haven't heard from this supposed "Great" customer service that I PAID for! Mr. NDE is NO WHERE to be found and his web site that has a link button that says "contact us" when you click it takes you back to the "log in" page that says "we are trying to make this 'hobby' more than a hobby but a 'business' and all I can think of is "this is a JOKE, right?". In the mean time, I've GOT to have a rental box that works for my skyboxes or I'm out money and renters, as I've already lost a week, so I'm forced to go buy another set up. All the while I've got limited time online and limited funds to begin with and buying this setup has cost me dearly not only in money but in time wasted trying to set it up, trying to get it working, and with getting friends to try to get it working, and MORE money having to buy a whole other setup, and MORE time setting it up. I spent weeks trying to get it to work and it never did work. The benefit of getting it was so that it would work with the doors, so that doors would communicate with the rental box and the rental box would tell the doors that this place was rented by such and such a person and then I didn't have to go around changing things or worrying. But guess what? NOTHING WORKED! The rental box was supposed to communicate with the teleporter, the whole thing was supposed to communicate with each other, the windows, doors, teleporter, the complete set. That's why I spent the money on it. But did ANY of it work? NO! Did even one thing work right? NO!! Could I have gotten each thing for free and had the same thing be working like it is now? YES!!!
Right now, since the rental box doesn't work and 'talk' to everything else and link it all together, I might as well be using all free scripts because NOTHING ELSE IS WORKING RIGHT! The doors are not working right, the teleporter keeps knocking people into walls, the rental boxes are offline for GOOD (I'm using ones I bought from someone else for WAY cheaper that work WAY WAY better), and the windows we won't even talk about, and NO ONE FROM "CUSTOMER SERVICE" WILL TALK TO ME!
And it isn't like I haven't TRIED to be nice to this guy, I have. I have been SUPER nice and WAITED. but the waiting is OVER! I sent a note card several weeks into this. After weeks of waiting, and waiting, and giving up on the rental box, I sent another note card, thinking "He's got to finally answer me" because of what his bio says I waited till sending the second note card, which I also think is no way to run a business, but hey, it isn't my business. So I figured, I'd give him that "couple weeks" his bio said, and when I still hadn't hear, I sent ANOTHER note card and STILL nothing. Now, here it is, FIVE WEEKS since I bought this supposed "Great" set up and I have YET to hear ANYTHING from ANYONE. So... I sent ONE LAST NOTE CARD. However, this time I did NOT say "PLEASE HELP" like I have been. No... This time I was tired of saying "HELP ME". This time I was FED UP! After 5 (FIVE) WEEKS OF WAITING FOR HELP with NO reply, almost a month and a half of NOTHING, I simply said "I want my money back. I have told you that your Rental boxes and your web site with the rental boxes are NOT working. I have told you that I need help and you are not helping me. If you do not I will tell Linden Lads that you are KNOWINGLY SELLING this product and thus STEALING from the people of Second Life."
Within a HALF HOUR I was ejected from his group BY HIM with NO REPLY and NO REFUND!
WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THIS???? I WAITED AND TRIED FOR FIVE WEEKS AND FOUR NOTE CARDS AND MANY IMS FOR HELP AND YOU TREAT ME LIKE TRASH?!
PEOPLE HIS PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK! DO NOT BUY THEM! He is selling stuff that DOES NOT WORK RIGHT!! Don't let yourself be ripped off like I was!! HE IS STEALING RIGHT OUT OF YOUR POCKET AND HE KNOWS IT! DO NOT LET HIM FOOL YOU! HE HAS BEEN TOLD THESE THINGS DO NOT WORK!
