Dumb question re: ban altitude limits

I did a little searching on this and I'm afraid I won't like the answer but I thought I would confirm because my searches did not provide me clarity.

Is there an altitude limit above which you cannot ban individual avatars from your property?

I know that ban-everyone banlines only go up a short way, 100m or so. I am wondering if the same is true when a parcel is open to everyone except a short list of banned avatars.

I suppose when I am in world later on tonight I can test it out with my alt.

I think banlines only extend to 50m

I think individual bans go all the way up. If not, they go WAY up compared to the normal banlines. I shouldn't be answering, because there are people who know a lot more about this than I do.

Trout, Trout - this is such a soft toss - someone is going to make the obvious wisecrack here but it won't be me, I am too nice. :D

It's 50m for general bans, 768m for bans by name.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

lol - that's my change-up. Usually I throw a steady diet of heat and curves, but every once in a while, I toss a slow one over the plate just to see if anyone fouls it off.

There. That ought to screw up our members from outside the US who likely haven't the faintest idea what I'm talking about. Serves them right for calling cookies "biscuits" and driving on the wrong side of the road. :D

Yep. And that's height-above-ground, too. If ground level is at 100m, up on a mountain, you have to be +150m to fly over it.

Thank you Ann, and Sindy too - that is what I wanted to hear, since my sky platform is at 700m. :D
