Does anyone know what the Linden Memorial Park / Linden Remembrance Garden sims and the surrounding sims are intended for?
I noticed a small island off the north coast of Corsica continent - right now they all show on the map as corsica_reg4. I was a bit concerned that LL was already making new mainland to auction off (and devalue current mainland even more), so I ported over to investigate and found these named sims, as well as some others. They're owned by the LDPW and titled "Project in Process", and I'm nosy and want to know what the project is.

2009 is when we see the mass exodus from SL due to the open space price rises and the RL depression. LL will shut down all the regions leaving just these sims in remembrance of SL.

Remembering our friends memorial has been in existence for a year....never recognized by lindens..130 group members 70 memorial plaques....of sl players that have passed rl...free service to all located in sunset arts...

The 2008 version was in the Big Easy and Biloxi sims.
